I saw a need in my community to establish leadership that could effectively communicate with the field team and the office team, using both languages, Spanish and English. I strived to close the gap in communication to make operations run more smoothly.

I have 10 years of experience working in federal, commercial, and residential projects in rough carpentry, plumbing, electricity, drywall, painting, and flooring. Meanwhile, I worked with my dad, Saul Ventura, on residential projects over the weekends.

As I was establishing my business, my dad and the Superintendent I was apprenticing under taught me how to manage projects.

Still now, my father remains my mentor. My brother, Jason, helps me oversee projects. Since meeting my wife in 2021, she has supported me in administration, marketing, and business development by creating an online presence, brochures, business cards, and attending programs with me, such as the Grunley APTP Program.
